Make It Easy! Tips On How To Make The Loading Process Stress-Free!

Before you can consider either hiring someone to haul your horse or you decide you want to haul them yourself, your horse needs to be able load into the trailer confidently and safely. The ASPCA wrote a very informative article about this issue, which you can read HERE! They give an excellent guide about starting with the basics, what type of equipment you'll need, and then finally starting the loading process. Whether your horse is a baby just learning, had a bad experience in the past, or just simply doesn't understand trailer loading, this article will be very helpful for you! Thanks to the ASPCA for posting!

Working Student and Barn Manager Position Available At Yetter Training Center!

Running a successful equine business requires having a team of responsible and knowledge individuals to keep the every day operations running as smoothly and safely as possible. In addition to our equine transport service, we run a successful boarding and training facility. We are currently looking to hire a working student and barn manager.

Yetter Training Center is a privately owned property in Gaithersburg, Maryland and our facility is currently
run under the direction of owner and trainer, Tom Yetter. Tom is a 1983 Meredith Manor Graduate with a Masters degree in both Teaching and Training. Our ideal candidate for both positions has a good work ethic, strong time-management skills and a keen interest in learning, as well as their own method of transportation. You must be able to work well with others, take direction and have a great attitude.
